ROLLER DERBY 101
Roller derby is a fast-paced, full-contact sport played on quad roller skates, featuring two teams of skaters. Each team consists of four blockers and one jammer. The jammer’s goal is to pass through the opposing blockers to score points. The game is divided into two 30-minute halves, with each half consisting of 15 two-minute jams.

The Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) is the international governing body for women’s flat track roller derby, representing over 400 member leagues across six continents.
